Fruit Plate

The weather is warming up! Fruit in season for a sweet and yummy supper, add a slice of whole grain bread or two :-) and spread some avocado or some peanut or almond butter with pumpkin seeds on the side :-) 


The love fruit is again in season! :-) On Two sliced whole grain bread, spread almond or peanut butter, chopped strawberries and apple sauce (no sugar added) on top with half of a pink lady apple. Very delicious.





Breakfast Ideas

Sliced bread with fruit

Light and yummy supper! Finely chopped straberries, sliced bananas, mixed them and placed them on top of two sliced whole grain toasted bread. Pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on the side with two dates, so good! 

Whole Wheat Pancakes 

Homemade blueberrie, blackberrie and rasberry sauce, just add 3 cups of frozen fruit, 2 cups of water, a little agave and 3 tbsp cornstarch in a saucepan, until thickens. On a bowl mix 3 cups whole wheat flour, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder (aluminum free), 3 tsp Ener-G egg replacer powder (dissolve in 5 tbsp water), 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 cups of soy or hemp milk. On a slectric skillet at 350 degrees drop a spoonful of the mix, about 1/3 of a cup size, cook each side, when ready add the cool berrie sauce, mmm!
