|Muesli and Fruit
Start your morning with a delicious and nutritious breakfast! One orange, half pear, one kiwi, muesli, which includes, sunflower seeds, chopped dates, flax seeds, rolled oats, sliced almonds, add some blueberries or blackberries on top of your muesli with a little bit of soy, rice or hemp milk and don't forget a slice of good whole grain bread, like whole wheat and rye, instead of butter or magarine, use a exquisite half of avocado :-).

|Bulgar and Flax Pilaf
On a sauce pan satue 1/3 cup of chopped onion, 4 chopped gloves of garlic, 1/4 flaxseed, 1 cup bulgar wheat, then add 2 cups of water with vegetarian broth-seasoning at your taste, 1/2 tsp salt or to taste, 1/4 tsp italian seasoning, one chopped tomato, bring to a boil, cover and lower the heat for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff pilaf with fork and let stand for 10 minutes. When it is ready to serve, you may add chopped tomato on top and fresh parsley with one slice of whole grain bread. It is very filling!
